Ponta Negra, Brazil Offers Great Property Values
Tuesday 19th of August 2008
The Brazilian city of Natal is located in the northeast part of the country and is a spectacular year-round holiday destination. It has sunshine just about every day of the year and great weather to go with it. Just south of the city is the beach village of Ponta Negra, where you will find some great property values and investments.
The old fishing village of Ponta Negra has been transformed into a modern holiday destination, but still retains a bit of its small town charm. There are plenty of new and off-plan developments for property-seekers here, and the prices are perfect for investors looking for capital appreciation. There are also a number of condo-hotels where rental income is available year round and seasonally. In addition to all the new properties, Ponta Negra has a gorgeous beach and lots of nice restaurants as well as some very popular bars and clubs.
One new property under construction is the Green Sea Apartments tower, which offers one and two bedroom units with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful Ponta Negra beach. Another exciting new property is the Pontamares Residence, designed by architect Carlos Riberiro Dantas. These are two of the numerous new properties that have recently been constructed or are selling off-plan right now. Prices for units begin at under €50,000, so it is a great time to invest in this thriving, sunny part of Brazil.
Natal is one of the closest cities to Europe in Brazil and has an international airport with a new one under construction for even better flights and services. The population is around 800,000, making it an ideal size for travelers and residents who want everything, without the crowds of much larger areas.
